What is it?
This sleep support package is designed to provide you with a tailored plan along with 1:1 support to help you troubleshoot as we go with your little one's sleep journey.
Who is it for?
This package is designed for families who are not sure where to start with their little one's sleep journey and would like daily support throughout the changes.
Babies and Toddlers Aged 4 months to 5 years
Families who are after a personalised plan with the support to help you achieve your goals
Little ones who are struggling with catnapping, overnight wakes, early wakes, unable to self-settle or resettle, co-sleeping and more.
What's included?
- 60 minute 1:1 ZOOM or Phone consultation
- A detailed questionnaire filled out by you, about your family and sleep situation.
- Personalised sleep plan with setting technique.
- Access to me via messages for 3 full weeks to troubleshoot any sleep concerns and to support you through the sleep changes.
- Access to the Sleepy Squish Co Community page
-Sleep Resources: Access to resources that will prepare you for all things to expect in the future.
- 1 x follow up 15-30 min phone call to use if needing follow up support in the future
